Didn't anser MY questions. November 17, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a good little book that covers a lot of grammar, but it doesn't cover everything. I had a couple of questions that I couldn't find answers to in other books and I didn't find those answers in here either. It's still a very good little book though.
Grammar Book September 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This little red book is well laid out well constructed. It contains a small wealth of grammar knowledge. I am currently writing a novel and use this book continuously my coming novel I will be posting for sale on Amazon.

Covers Everything I will Need September 5, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book covers most everything you learned in high school and college. It's not too big to carry with you and has a lot of helpful examples. It works very well as a good review for those things you have "forgotten" since you went to school. I would buy it again...

This is a no nonsense book that gets right down to business. No fancy frills or filler. Just useful information. I recommend this book to anyone writing literature.
The Title Says It All June 6, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
As a budding writer, the thing that seems to be going "Giant Chicken" on me at every step of writing, is grammar. I mean, who came up with all this, and would it be wrong if this person "disappeared?" Anyways, all kidding aside, the subject of grammar can only be akin to "Ernie The Giant Chicken," who on "Family Guy," seems to kick the crap out of the main character, and just when the main character thinks he has the chicken beat, the chicken shows he's alive and well, and will live to beat the crap out of him another day.
This book tries to combat the chicken, however, by providing everything you need to fight back. It's the all-in-one guide to grammar. A Reference. The Be All, End All. And it's conveniently pocket-sized. Simply put, the title says it all. And after you've finished the book, there's no reason to have grammar problems. I mean, you have all the rules right there, in one place. It's pretty easy to understand. But nope, grammar will still kick the crap out of you. No book will ever implant it, and make this stuff automatic for you. Nope. It comes from experience, and stuff like that. At least now, you know all the rules, in one easy, simple source, at a cheap price.
