I like being able to find a specific excerpt in this book rather than looking in The Power of Now. It is much easier for me to do this. I find myself saying over and over that all we have is NOW. Eckhart Tolle is my favorite author.
You might like these booksNovember 21, 2008 If you are a deep material reader then you may really enjoy Rumi & Self Psychology (Psychology of Tranquility) and also another book Sara's Therapy: A Way to Purity. These books are unique, easy to read, full of information, and just amazing; and you can not put them down.
Much Easier to Understand than "The Power of Now"November 19, 2008 This is the best way to understand The Power of Now. I recommend it very highly.
Why, you ask?
I read Eckhart's original book, The Power of Now, but I found it was not succinct enough for me. There are many anecdotes and asides which I found distracting.
Then I saw this book, which is an entirely different story. It's got only the essential info with lots of practical tips and suggestions to help you apply it all.
I had a similar situation with the book, A Course In Miracles, or AICM as it come to be known. I found it was too dense and hard to approach. Then I found the book, Gifts From a Course in Miracles. It had the essential info in small easy to digest bits and sections. I was able to absorb it's message easily. I love that book.

'Now' is the only place we ever are.October 13, 2008 This Power of Now has removed the torture of many of the regrets of my past and fears of the future.
Another spiritual inspiration.August 7, 2008 This is a wonderful companion piece to "The Power of Now". Meditation is a great stress reliever. And not worrying about where you came from or where you are going is the key to enjoying the present moment. great book.
