this book is awesome, i'll keep it in the car so when we decide to go eat somewhere i'll take it in and take a look at what i shall eat before it is too late and i gain 20 pounds just because i choose the wrong meal thinking it was the healthier one. i was surprised about how many wrong choices i made this far before i got this book, i love it!

This book is a handy reference! I can't believe 12 bowls of fruit loops has the same sugar as one cinnabun! Crazy... a great reference to carry around in your purse.

This book should be in every home. Not only for weight lose but for common sense approach to eating. I have bought 4 copies of this book and will be buying more to give as Christmas gifts. Thank you for easy reading and great info!!

THIS BOOK IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND LETS YOU MAKE GOOD DECISIONS IN ORDER TO WATCH YOUR WEIGHT. WOULD RECOMMEND IT AS A GUIDE FOR ANYONE EVEN IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO WATCH YOUR WEIGHT.
An entertaining eye-openerOctober 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The final reasonable excuse for eating something very, very bad for you, ignorance, will no longer be at your disposal after you read this book. I think my wife is getting tired of me saying "guess how much fat (fill in the blank) has in it." I've ruined a bunch of her favorites! And mine as well. For someone who (like me) sports an implantable defibrillator, this book is quite useful. My only complaint is that sodium information is not listed for all the items.
How about a blackberry-friendly version, to make in-restaurant use super easy?
