Love your Belly Button November 23, 2008 Sandra Boynton Rocks!!! Her books are catchy and rhyme my children 1 and 3 love them all!!
Nanny's Favorite October 30, 2008 I am a nanny and the girl I babysit LOVES this book. Even when she was very small she loved when it was read to her. Now she knows when the page where it says BELLY BUTTON! is coming and she always gets a big smile. If she is fussing I start reciting lines from the book (its a very easy book to memorize) and she calms down. I would recommend this book to anyone because every child that I have ever read it to has loved it!
It's Cute August 31, 2008 I actually bought this for a gift because my daughter likes her copy so much. This is my favorite Boynton book.
Cute book, the nieces really like it (and I do too!) August 9, 2008 Just a cute, silly, kinda pointless book about hippos and their love of their belly buttons.
My sister and I have taken to quoting this book at random intervals throughout the day. It grows on you. It's not as catchy as most of Boynton's work, but it definitely has its own charm.
Not impressed with this one... July 12, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
We own many Boynton books and this is the least favorite. The story encourages toddlers to call their belly button's a nickname instead of its actual name, which I don't agree with.
My son does likes the pictures, but does not care to listen to the actual story like he does his other books.
