This is one of my favorite books, and it is still my favorite Convoluted Universe book of the three by Dolores.
This book really does have it all. I came across Dolores's work last year when I was hunting for some information on parallel lives and parallel universes. That information is in here along with almost anything else you can think of to have questions about!
I recently trained with Dolores in her Hypnosis class, and I can verify that the information she is getting is the real thing. She regressed a student in the class and when she contacted the higher self (subconscious), it was absolutely amazing! I have been practicing and am getting the same results.
Anyway, I label this book as a must read because it is so diverse in the information it covers, and even if you have read many, many metaphysical or spiritual books, this one will still twist your mind in new directions! I think this type of information should be required reading for all people. It would help eliminate much of the judgment and prejudice people seem to be unable to stop themselves from feeling towards other races and religions that they consider different from theirs. We have been everything. We have been everywhere, and the journey is just beginning!

I ordered Dolores' book based on the high reviews it received. I can see why they received those marks but I can't agree with them. The topics covered in her books, through regression hypnosis, are very interesting and comprehensive. However, it becomes painfully obvious that Dolores has no idea what questions to ask or even understand the responses. For topics such as alternate universes, time travel, and reincarnation (for example) you need the mind of an engineer or atleast a mind more open than Dolores'. She admits herself that she often doesn't believe what she hears and takes it at face value. For this, I gave this book 3 stars.
If you share the same sentiment as me, consider reading Adrian Dvir's book. One of the first books I read on the subject of Aliens and Alien Clinics and he does a good job with it. He is an engineer and asks direct questions that dig at the concept, yet in the same informal way as Dolores does - through conversation. If we could mix Dolores' extensive work with Adrian direct questioning, you'd have an excellent book!

I have loved getting a first-person look at these alternate realities through Dolores Cannon's excellent work with hypnosis and past-life regression. I've been hooked on this type of research and reporting since the first book of hers that I read (Jesus and the Essenes). I really appreciate the inside information helping me with my healing practice and expanding my skills. I feel much more connected to the Universe, God, my galactic family. After I read (faster than ever before) 6 of Dolores' books within the last 4 weeks, I was astonished to find an email from a friend on the other side of the US saying that we should expect a very public visit (showing?) of a UFO over the states for 3 days, on October 14, 2008!!!! I've been telling everyone about it. Reading these books has helped me open up this subject to my students and clients without feeling like I'm going to be made fun of. I trust the material, so I can talk about it with confidence. Previously unexplained things make so much more sense now! Thank you Dolores, angels, aliens, ETs! Thank you Amazon for carrying these awesome books that will help change the world!

Dolores Cannon's work is absolutely incredible and her comittment to finding "lost information" and sharing it world wide is of such great benefit for all of us... especially at this particular time in our evolution. The information that is shared with her is astounding and of such high integrity. Only recommended for serious seekers... be prepared to have your awareness greatly expanded.
