This is a wonderful book full of practical help for using your subconscious
mind to effect great change in your life. This is a new way of thinking that I believe, when put to serious use, can really help you. I'm excited and am expecting a lot of good things to happen in my life as I study and apply the information in this book.

I bought this book on the recommendation of a co-worker. She said, "My uncle swears by this book. It's like his bible." Then she went on about how important it was to maintain positive thoughts.
Soon, another co-worker joined in and she began talking about "The Secret." It's another book with basically the same philosophy, just modernized with examples for today's generation.
There are dozens of books in print like "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind," the first of which is probably your favorite religious text. Given that, Subconscious Mind is a good book, but it requires a great deal of unwavering, unquestioning faith, even in the midst of obstacles, to believe. On one hand, the book makes no claims about the existance of God. On the other hand, if you have faith in nothing, the book forces you to believe in "something" because it's impossible to get something when "nothing" is involved.
Which brings me to my point. If you believe that reading this book will change your life, you can be almost certain that it will. For some, it will give them cause to renew their faith. And for others, it will reinforce their belief that the only way to get something done is not by sitting on the sidelines and hoping, but by getting out there and doing something about it.
Your best bet is to save your money and tap into the power you already have. You don't need to pay a publisher your hard earned money to tell you things you already know. Reading a free copy of a trusted religious text will basically give you the same results.

Have just started it, but it is fascinating...easy to understand and very helpful. Would highly recommend it to others...

Let me start off by saying that this is the first Review I have ever created...I felt compelled to write this because I owe it after Years of reading all your reviews to base my decisions and I want to give back. I have studied this arena for over 5 years, and I own and have read literally every book written on this subject ie: Ester Hicks (Abraham), James Ray, "Excuse me, Your life is waiting", Dyer, Wattles, Vitale, "Secret", etc, etc.. I have always seen this book but for some reason I have ignored it for all these years for reasons unbeknownced to me...until 6 months ago I finally bought it on an "impulse", and I am grateful I did. I cannot put a finger on it, but for some reason I am completely drawn to this book and it has changed my life. Not to be dramatic about it, but reading this book finally turned on the "switch" in my head. I cannot explain why this book, over all the others actually made me "get it". I don't know about you, but when I read all the other books, I would apply it or think "positive" for a week or two and then my mind eventually returns to the sewer where its been all my life, and in a sick way, its comfortable. This book has changed my perception on life and put me on a different plane of thinking, and most importantly, changed the way I react to bad situations, especially when the poo hits the fan. I leave it in my bathroom (sorry, just being honest) and all I need to do is just read a couple of sentences, or even look at the book physically, to remind me and put me back on the right track. Kinda like charging batteries in a way. I don't know if it's the authors way of writing, or his style, but for some reason I am drawn to it and actually absorb its information ...It's like my little "Genie Lamp" I turn to when things go "south". I'm a little O.C.D., so I bought 8 copy's for gifts and backups. I could go on and on praising this book, and I hope this review helps you and others. I hope this book helps everyone like it has helped me. Namaste'
