Anyone who thinks that the Freemasons are a "secret society" obviously doesn't know how to Google.

This book was one of the most fascinating and thrilling books I have read in a long time. Sylvia outdoes herself, from the introduction she grabs you and doesn't let go! :) Seriously, if you're interested in secret societies and Da Vinci code stuff, or Masons, this is a must read. You won't be able to put it down, I read it in two days.

Another interesting book that makes you want to know more. She gives you information on other books to research and delve deeper in the secret societies. I highly recommend this book if you want to know how these secret organizations affected (and still affect) our lives then and now. Great book to read on an airplane or while waiting for a flight!

I received my copy of this book yesterday around noon and finished about an hour ago. For me this book was very interesting. I have done my own research on several of these "secret societies" and find Ms. Browe's research Highly plausible. Having said that, anyone who questions this book based solely on her research of the societies (not including her opinions or "Francine's Words") should really do their own research. I'm glad the we have author's who are not afraid to bring some truth out of the darkness into the light. And to quote one's scripture (I'm not a bible thumper, but would like to add this quote from the christian's own bible); Matthew 10:26 Jesus says: "Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known." I personally feel, there's so much more that will be revealed as time goes on as long as people never stop questioning! And as far as the religious side of the book, I too feel that there is not only ONE truth. There are many.
Not for the narrow mindedSeptember 12, 2007 13 out of 29 found this review helpful
Its a wonderful thing that Sylvia and a publisher has the courage to write such a insightful book.
As far as Jesus is concerned, its a better story than the Bible thumper's who went to church and put on the white hood afterwards and its better than wiping out Native Americans and Native Mexicans in God's name.
Nobody wants to remember those skeletons in the closet but everyone wants to criticize something revealing like this.
Take a hard look at the history your defending in God's name and Sylvia's insight on everything looks much better and makes more sense.
