The Keepers - A Very Good Read!March 29, 2007 After hearing the author on Coast-to-Coast AM; I was so intrigued I just had to buy the book. The book was a well-written, entertaining, and thought provoking first person account of the authors experiences with strange phenomenon and visitations from cosmic travelors over the past 16 years. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning about the possibilities and opportunities when we explore both inner and outer space.

Mr. Sparks can write a story. It is very interesting, entertaining and moves along at a good pace. I believe that Mr. Sparks was/is an abductee. The aliens with whom he deals, like many other types of aliens who inhabit portions of our Earth, are not here for the good of human beings. Mr. Spartks wss allowed to retain his memories because he is useful to his group of aliens. He say what they allow him to say. His theme is harmony and accord throughtout the world, which is admirable. But with the inate belicosity of man, this wish is very likely to remanin a wish. Praise and homage to nature and not to our Creator is another theme prevelant in Mr. Spark's book, "The Keepers". Panthiesm is just another "ism" in the grand theme of things. This book is definately worth a read. Mr Sparks is bright, vocal, verbal and presents well over the air-waves, where I have heard him speak.
Well done Jim SparksMarch 17, 2007 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I think Jim has done a very good job here. He has been able to relate his experiences in an everyday manner and so giving the reader the feel of his encounters. It is a sad reality that many people will laugh at Jim and have no idea that what he tells is the truth. It's time society woke up to what is really happening. Well done Jim.

Intriguing and quite believable.
A thought provoking story about a man and his visits with different types of Aliens. Enjoyable!
Kudos Mr. Sparks
A credible man, and a message that must be considered!March 8, 2007 10 out of 12 found this review helpful
As far as this book goes, I already knew his story, and listened to his very credible interview with Art Bell on Coast to Coast. This just colors it all in. So the advantage I have, is having listened to his story, and heard the conviction in his voice, as well as a certain amount of wisdom being offered. The kind that doesn't find itself in the vocabulary of 'normal people'.
My impressions of the book on it's own? Well, I already believed him, but the way it's written, if it were my first source of learning from him, it would seem hokey. It's written in a very blue collar, non-professional manner, with cheesy illustrations. But if you can suspend disbelief for a few days of reading, you come to respect that 'every man' side of this guy. Not an extremely polished work, just a man doing his best to describe the unbelievable as a non-writer. But hang in there, see it through, and you'll find the book wrap up with a very different, and concise summary of what he's learned from the many years of his experiences. I almost thing he should've STARTED with that, as it lends tremendous credibility to the truths of the message.
Jim finally pulls it all together in a very professional way, in a no-kidding-around-with-what-this-all-means message. And that's where you reflect. That's where you come to believe, this guy HAS been through something. And for a blue collar guy, seems a bit wiser than the rest of us, certainly on this subject. I would definitely recommend The Keepers, if only based on the importance of the message from the ETs. Because if it all happened, then we as a people, truly need to pay attention now!
