Transforming life by understanding death December 26, 2003 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
After reading many books by several empowering authors such as Betty Eadie, John Edward, Sylvia Browne, and Tiffany Snow, that I am still reading, my life has opened up to me in such a compelling and wonderful way. This new book is well written, and thought provoking. There are great transforming authors, who shift the consciousness of humankind in a way never known before, and have the courage to reveal their paranormal experiences. "Hello" is one of these.
Please don't waste your money November 20, 2003 21 out of 33 found this review helpful
This book is terribly written and really aggravated me after a while. I can't believe that real people actually speak the way the authors quote them. I realize that accidents are the leading cause of death for young people but this is ridiculous. I bought "Love Beyond Life: The Healing Power of After-Death Communications" along with this book and thank goodness I read that one first or I would have been completely turned off this subject. The Love Beyond Life book was really interesting and really opened my mind and heart to the possibilities but this Hello from Heaven was just plain stupid. Very poorly written and a complete turn off for someone seriously looking for hope that our loved ones still exist.
The only gift..... May 10, 2003 27 out of 28 found this review helpful
As a Christian / Catholic missioner, I am frequently called in to counsel bereaved family members and associates of someone who has recently died, and I used to be at a loss as to what to give them.... what to place in their hands.... for when they are once again alone. The only gift that I give since having discovered "Hello From Heaven!" is a copy of this book. It is warm, compassionate, and crosses virtually all religious lines. Right now I am at Amazon.com ordering another ten copies for future use.

I can't explain it, but this book helps to open your mind... December 17, 2002 18 out of 18 found this review helpful
I can't explain the power of this book; I have always had questions to things for which I had no answers. As I read this book I began to read just a couple chapters a night, clearing my mind and really soaking in the words. As a child I had dreams of people in my family who had passed on but they were so real, it was hard for me to accept that they were just dreams. I went in to my exploration of books such as this hoping to get answers and clarification to some of these unexplained events that occurred in my childhood. I got more than that from this book. I think reading this book allowed me to be open in a very relaxed state of mind that one night as I slept, I had a dream in which my 24yr old nephew who had committed suicide approx. 2 years before came to me with a message of concern for his younger brother. I woke up and felt that I had to call and check up on his brother who was several states away that I had rarely had contact with. I thought maybe, the book just made me read too much into it, but that same morning a letter appeared in a box of stationary that my daughter found at the foot of her bed on the floor amongst other scatted envelopes, it was a letter from my deceased nephew addressed to his mother. When reading this letter we found it was an old letter and talked solely of his brother and his concerns for him. I think I have always believed but now I have the answers and conformation I had looked for. This book talks a lot about experiences like mine and ways messages are delivered to us from our departed if we just will take the time to open up our mind and really take notice of the spirits around us. This was an excellent read!!!
