This is a good primer for energy workers, especially beginning or intermediate energy workers. Bruce manages to clearly and effectively explain how energy work can be done, as well as introducing the reader to exercises that will help the reader understand how to harness the internal energy s/he has at hir disposal. Bruce also manages to explain energy work without a lot of the usual mystical jargon that many books employ. His writing is down to earth and effective for what he offers.
The only thing I would've liked to have seen from Bruce was internal citations. I looked at his bibliography and its clear he drew from a variety of sources, but I'm not really clear in what context he uses those sources.

ENERGY WORK is an easy-to-learn, pragmatic but nevertheless very efficient approach to the often mystified subject of inner energy work. The system's main working principle is feeling and body awareness - as opposed to the mostly visually oriented eastern systems. Written in an easy language, the author presents numerous exercises to activate the energy body and the different energy centers (chakras) which results in a stronger physical health; an enhanced healing capacity and increased psychic and spiritual abilities (dont forget: Robert Bruce is a specialist of astral projection and his book ASTRAL DYNAMICS, in which he first explained the principles of his energy work, is a classic!). Practice the techniques explained in ENERGY WORK alone or together with your own spiritual system, and you will be amazed by its power! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Energy Work for any energy or light worker!!
