chakra meditationsJuly 13, 2008 This is a great CD. I do these meditations every morning and evening and I admit they make me feel more calm and at peace. Doreen Virtue's voice is very nice: rich and deep.
Great IntroMay 27, 2008 This book is a great intro about Chakras. The CD that comes with it is a great addition to the book. Listening to the CDs really does help set your day right and makes for a more meaningful sleep.
Its okayApril 9, 2008 I have a hard time listening to her voice. Some other say the music is cheesy but I just cant get over her voice. I do listen to this CD and it does relax me at night if I tune out the monotone of her voice. Very strange. She needs to have someone else do the talking. I recommend Kelly Howell. She has a great voice for this.

I thought the CD will have some training or graphical view or so but it has strange music.
The book doesn't have much details as I hoped .. it is not talking about the chakra as a science rather than shallow information.
