Women are easily fooled there's no doubt about that. These characters who write these books are ripping you off. The same goes for those preachers on TV. I would advise you women to get involved in a GYM and spend a little money over there. There's a simple Spiritual discipline you follow like most Athletes do and once you get the hang of the program; I guarantee all good things will come to pass.
Cats Reincarnate Too?November 27, 2008 This books tells you what to believe... period. There's actually a bullet point that says "Cats Reincarnate Too" under Wiccan beliefs. Really? Outrageous! This book is for the mindless, blind follower. If you have half a brain and can think freely, at all... don't buy this book!! Wicca is about "An it harm none, do as ye will," which is all about designing your own beliefs, not having someone tell you what they are.

Wicca is a religion and this book gives you the basics of it. It's written by the late Scott Cunningham who has written many books on Wicca and knows the subject very well.
Starts strong ends strong but still seems to lackAugust 22, 2008 Cunningham did quite well in putting together this book, he starts strong, continuing where he left off while at the same time simultaneously picking up any new comers along the way. He quite eloquently writes the information that can come in handy for a pretty decent BoS but somehow along the way to the end he misses and loses a few people. The book is strong but probably Borrowing it from your local library first would be a good idea before picking this one up.
Great BookJune 23, 2008 Scott Cunningham is a great Wiccan author and I would buy any of his books at any time, they are very easy to read, understand and very informative.
