exactly what I was looking for September 16, 2008
I wanted a devotional book that would be a daily time to read a little bit of the Bible and a short devotional to go along with the Scripture portion. This one fits the bill perfectly. Joyce Meyer is always so practical in her applications and encouragements to live a godly life.

This is a good book to help you with your daily devotionals. I do the devotions for our UMW Circle and this book is a great help. It is also helpful for your daily devotions.

I received a copy of this book as a gift for Christmas, after reading it for a month and loving it, I bought 4 copies for gifts. I even gave one to the person who bought it for me. ALL 4 people have said it helped their outlook every day in under 60 seconds. Even my husband asks to read the daily devotional when I am done. This is a great gift for yourself or a dear friend!
