The First Place 4 Health Program IS different than the 2001 First Place Program . The FP4H 2008 materials focus more on the food pyramid and not on exchanges like the 2001 program. It can be tailored to the individual which is great, because we are not all carbon copies of each other! Very strongly Biblically structured program. The books in the kit are very useful in the quest for a very healthy, all around balanced life. I reaped loads of useful information that I really didn't expect, having been using First Place materials for 5 years I thought I covered it all...wrong! These materials can be used alone with success or better yet at a live meeting or even with an online group.
