SweetAugust 11, 2008 I bought this for my husband for Father's Day from our 2 year old "Cinderella". Both father and daughter love the song and the book is precious. The sentiment is so much greater, knowing of the loss of Maria Chapman, one of the daughters of the writer/performer. I recommend this item for all daughters and daddies!

In light of the recent tragedy of this family I felt compelled to purchase this book. It's a beautifully written and illustrated book that would be an awesome gift from "Daddy" to his "Princess" on her wedding day or even when her engagement is announced. I would recommend this book to everyone who is a daddy.
